    Prison time is possible for those who don't pay TV licence

    I have been begging the SABC to take me to court. Haven't had a TV in 5 years.. Notified them on the but they still harass me and refuse to come and inspect or take legal action. They simply want you to pay regardless of whether you have a TV.
