    I live in Robertson, Western-Cape. I have had herotel for the last 3 years without a hitch, well maybe here and there. But now each evening from about 18:00 - 18:45 when the problem begins till 22:00 there is a sharp increase in ping. During the day it's normal. I usually get around 3-4ms...

    I am Situated in Robertson, Western Cape. Openserve fibre is relatively new here. I was only connected as of the 28th of March. And things have slowly but surely gotten worse up until now.

    I always had exceptional service from them. I also contacted them and tried everything to get this sorted. But nothing worked. I will sign up again with them if thay can help me sort this out.
