Not relating to that issue. The ONT is working, connected and authenticated to Vuamtel's network as far as the lights go. I was looking for test credentials like the one's I've used on OpenServe listed above to check that the line is fully active. I've used the OpenServe one's a couple of times...
Is there any credentials for Vumatel that can be used to test the authentication onto their network? Similar to the Openserve test credentials.

After about a week of back and fourth with OpenServe and Tech5 my friend finally has internet.
Thank you to the people on the forum DM-ing me and assisting.
The line was opened today and after load shedding finished at 16:00 the internet finally started working.
Small update. Tech5 has been talking to OpenServe throughout the week and supposedly sorted everything out. Tech5 says the line should now be active. I'll have to wait and see.
