    Funny thing when they refresh the line it works fine for anything from 2 days to 2 weeks then boom anything from 130mb down to 80mb

    My line goes from 200mb upload down to 130mb. I have to use the whatsapp function every 2 weeks to get this resolved. I can't count how many times this has happened since I upgraded speeds last year December. Been fed al kinds of bullsh%t as to why this is happening but nobody fixes it...

    They are auditing the wife for 2017 and told her that because it is historic audit it will can take up to 90 days. And only after that they will do banking verification. I was under the impression auditing takes 21 days.

    Wife had to hand in 2017 which is due for audit but the SOA still shows payment date as 01.08.2024. Will they still pay out on the 1st or after the 21 days for the audit?
