Rain 5G gone down again and no help from their support centre!
My Rain 5G signal went completely down this afternoon and it does not help to log a ticket as they do not get back to me. My Rain 4G went down to 0.34mbps, so I cannot work at all.- louisjj

Poor service and speeds from RAIN
Two weeks ago I took the Rain 5G package for R699 a month that is supposed to give 30mbps speeds. When I log onto their activation service it shows that the maximum speed would be 227mbps from where the router is situated. When I actually do a speed test, I only get 3.4mbps.
