    Was paying the 1st ISP up until last month. The 2nd one has now made contact, will be able to pay now.

    I need help. How do I check who is my Internet provider? I have Vuma fibre. My account was transferred from one provider to another and now neither have any knowledge or record of me.

    Problem is I have been using it for so many years. Main concern is my ISP transferred my account to another ISP and now not one of them knows about me. Apparently I was informed via email which I obviously cannot access now.

    It seems my webmail account has been hacked. My password has been changed and cannot change it back as my alternative contact details have been changed. Also does not even recognise the answer to my security question. Tried to contact Webmail without luck. Any advice please?
