I need help. How do I check who is my Internet provider? I have Vuma fibre. My account was transferred from one provider to another and now neither have any knowledge or record of me.

Was paying the 1st ISP up until last month. The 2nd one has now made contact, will be able to pay now.

Jeez, there should be at least one email notification of the ISP change, also you need to notify the current/previous ISP for cancellation which is usually one months notice. and then inform the new one of VT number.

So for you to say none of them has knowledge/record of you baffles me completely.
