Excellent service from Cool Ideas!

Neighbour recently cut my line in half. Cool Ideas was quick to respond and following up with the fibre provider. I didn't even have to reach out to @PBCool on the forum. The team did a great job. The person who damaged the line tried to get hold of the fibre provider and a couple of other people and noone could get anything from them. So glad I didn't have to deal with them and Cool Ideas did the follow ups.
