In an ideal world, but the service is up 99.9% of the time and its the most competitive price so I'll put up with the lack of competence when it comes to dealing with them

One of the above worked for me, not sure which one, spam hasn't been that bad lately so haven't re-added my number to the DNC list.
Probably should have came back sooner but what worked for me was removing all numbers I'd blocked in the past and also took myself off the DNC lists.
I assume they use a number thats shared or something hence the OTP being blocked, but once I did the above (Not sure which one of the two steps...
Thanks for the feedback that is good to know, It is 100% the same number, I will see if they can update my number to my second sim and see if that yields a better result.

Hi all, wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue as me, I'm trying to access my webafrica account with "full service" however it says I need to get a OTP to do this, the OTP just doesnt come to my registerred number.
I want to update my banking details so I went on chat with support...
So... I had a architectural designer draw up plans which included an interior partition wall dividing my lounge in two.
He advised me the plans would be approved and that I can go ahead and build the internal wall so long as it would be no issue, he provided me with the plan (pre approval)...
