    I have the same issue, runs at 30Mbps + and then down to less than 1Mb with pings well over 400ms. its random, and like you, my signal is always full. its definetly a network problem somewhere . I've logged a request but I get generic responses and troubleshooting advise. I gave up.

    Load shedding could be the reason why it's messed up here. Something must have went haywire at the tower.

    Been a week since I got the service . Was getting 30 to 50Mbps down . From this morning , not even 1Mbps, ping around 500ms+ :-( anyone else having issues ? I've logged a support ticket. Will see what happens.
