advice needed for ip camera software for ubuntu

Linux mint has a convenient GUI tool in the update manager where you can remove third party sources and downgrade packages to the native ones or remove them completely if there is no native package. It might be a easier distro for you try try while you are learning because you will be breaking...

    Vodacom data usage "Dissapearing data"

Ja I've read about those small amounts vanishing but I can't be bothered with that, I wouldn't even know if it's happening to me. As for my involuntary twitch viewing I just blocked the player on fextralife with adnauseam.

    Vodacom data usage "Dissapearing data"

Mystery solved folks. On the fextralife wiki top left corner is a small window where you can watch the fextralife staff stream gameplay on twitch. So in the last 7 days that little windows ate 15gigs. Im playing elden ring and referencing some stuff on that site.

    Vodacom data usage "Dissapearing data"

I won't argue that point since it's possible but highly unlikely. I live on the edge of a small rural town with a huge yard. The distance between where my router is and the next building is minimum 50 meters and then there's also walls.... I've checked, no foreign devices.

    Vodacom data usage "Dissapearing data"

Has anyone else had the issue of large chunks of data dissapearing on Vodacom data plan? I've been keeping an eye on my data the last few days because i want to download a game on my xbox today or tomorrow before the end of the month. I checked around Monday, and i had north of 15gig left for...

Like the title says. Is there any local hosting that has 2fa per mailbox and not just on the control panel? Or is the only options like google workspace and microsoft office 365?

    Any no contract internet recommendations?

So my sister lives in the UK but they bought a house in the Overberg region for when their in SA. Can anyone suggest a service they can cancel and resume as they come and go? The only one i can think of is Rain but they don't have service there. 3G, 4G or WISP is options.

The repository 'http://packages.linuxmint.com ulyssa InRelease' is no longer signed.

Install cloudflare Warp like @ponder suggested. They have a deb installer now so it's easy to get up and running. https://pkg.cloudflareclient.com/ Once installed you have to register and then connect when you want to use it.

    Pastel accounting problems

I know it's been a while but if anyone was interested. This did turn out to be a MS Access issue because the problem went away after a database rebuild. I've suggested they get someone to switch them over to SQL, hopefully they will listen.

IBM X3300 M4 not detecting third party drives

I found the answer if anyone is curious. The X3300 M4 server using the Servraid C105 does not support any SSD's.

IBM X3300 M4 not detecting third party drives

So I have a client with above mentioned server and one of the drives that came with it is failing so i got a pair of Kingston DC450R SSD's as replacement. The problem is the server doesn't recognize the new SSD's so i can't set up raid 0 to install MS Server. I know at least the system is...

    Pastel accounting problems

Thanks for all the input. I've suggested as a start and hopefully a fix that they upgrade to ms sql for the database on pastel pos.

    Pastel accounting problems

The problem is it doesn't always happen so you might not know for weeks or months if it is solved. It was OK for months until they did year end in the last few days then it started up again.
