With Azure landing on our shores by the end of this year, a welcomed cloud hosting provider to the country, filling a gap very few seem to be able to provide (locally). Considering with most companies preferring to use cloud based products over on-premises or ISP hosted dedicated servers/VPS...
Thanks, I was told by Vumatel that they'll install one line as I can run both services off the same CPE. There was only one line installed, yet Vox have charged for two. So I'm a little confused.
Other than them saying this over the phone, unfortunately not. My emails to them mention it, and there are some from them mentioning they'd follow up. But nothing that guarantees (in a sense) that it would be included in my package.
What ground would I have? Thanks for the reply.
They seem to be the only official Apple reseller here, so they have the ability to dictate the price as if it's a monopoly. At least overseas you can buy directly from Apple stores.
I don't think Apple products are overrated. They last a long time, well built, OS is rock-solid and integration...

TL;DR: Vox didn't fulfil a service that I specifically requested (I asked for static IP for FTTH). Ended up charging a somewhat exorbitant amount for cancelling the service, included in the cancellation fee was the installation of a line that never occurred. It was disappointing to experience...
It is possible that the hosting providers server had been compromised and mailboxes (including yours) are being used to send spam and phishing emails. Either that, or someone is still gaining access to your mailboxes, through undetected trojan/virus on one of your workstations. (I'm sure there...
I'd recommend Digital Ocean, Vultr, OVH or if you're feeling flush - Azure. I'd avoid the local providers if you're needing something solid, flexible and with true high availability.
I didn't even know they did cloud hosting. When I inquired a few months ago they couldn't give me half the information I wanted. Certainly are better providers around, Azure without a doubt.
If everyone started broadcasting whatever they wanted through the airwaves, you can imagine the chaos within those spectrums. Some wave spectrums don't need normally need a license as they are short range and not meant for commercial use, otherwise you need a license, and rightly so.
I'm fairly...
I'd get a VPS from overseas if latency isn't a huge factor. Overseas VPS providers are generally a lot better than local, and often are more cost effective.
I've used vultr.com and OVH. Both have served me well. Azure is more expensive, but it allows for scalability if you need it.
If local is...
This. A directional good quality antenna and transmitter may help. Essentially you're still going to hit a brick wall with mobile devices as they simply don't have the ability to send data back to the station over such a range, even though they may 'see' the wireless network.
