    I wouldn't exactly call him a chairperson. He's just the guy that does the odd stuff around the complex that's all. I get the feEling though that it's more octotels fault rather than the isp. They are reluctant to enter the premise even with owners consent.

    The only response I get back from the ISP'S is that they can't confirm whether fibre is actually live in the complex itself. This is so frustrating! I was so hoping that by now somebody would be able to help me.

    Thanks, bro. But trust me I've contacted Cool ideas, RSAWeb and Home-connect and not one of them have thus far managed to get me an installation. Why do you think the Octotel guys installed multiple fibre on the main boundary wall if they knew they wouldn't be able to make the complex go live...
