    I'm the end user, and work with a supplier, so the supplier deals with Aruba. According to the supplier, Aruba weren't budging from their final offer.

    So, it turns out, a new installation down the road caused us to be accidentally disconnected when they connected the new site. Sounds like the installers used the wrong pair maybe?

    The problem comes when you apply to your ISP for connectivity, and on the quote they list Frogfoot as the connectivity provider. If you've never used FF, you're at the mercy of your ISP's relationship with FF...

    We have a branch in JHB that is using Frogfoot as a cable provider (fiber). It went down on Monday and still hasn't been resolved. They've sent techies to site and it has been escalated up to "Layer 1" (whatever that means?). Apparently Layer 1 also don't know what's wrong - The link is hard...

    Vox or Saicom?

    We're looking at changing our VOIP SP and my 2 choices are either VOX or SAICOM. This change will include changing our fibre connections at all our branches too, so its a big project. What would you recommend or what are your experiences with either of these ISP's?
