    Sigh, this is getting pathetic now, not only are we down almost every day but I recall where I have had my full 1gb connection. It works for 5 minutes and then it goes to 5mb download speeds. I thought these accounts weren't throttled or capped.

    So after almost a week of this sudden drop in speed why do Frogfoot think no one will be saying a thing? At what point do the ISP's call them out and give us a reasonable explanation as well as holding Frogfoot responsible that they can't provide their customers with the speeds they are PAYING for.

    I regret moving from Openserve to Frogfoot. Been with them since beginning of July and experience at least 2 hours a week downtime for no reason. Going on an hour already today and 2 hours yesterday. Absolutely pathetic.
