@AfriMan - if I make a package downgrade on Octotel fibre before the end of my free promo period and before the 15th as suggested (ie. today) - will the downgrade be done immediately, or on the 1st? Ie. will I still have the 200mbps package for the rest of the month or will this force me to be...

Perhaps you're being assigned to a different VPN server each time you reconnect?

Noticed the same thing, also on Apex using VPN, funnily enough. I think it's more a matter of fluctuation along the route, since it takes the same path each time. Liquid's networking/routing is pretty bizarre though.

@AfriMan - any word on a price adjustment for the 200/200 package on Octotel? I've grown quite fond of 200/200 during my free months, however come next month I need to decide on a package to start paying for. There's a massive price jump between 200/25 and 200/200 - unfortunately I need the...

Like I said earlier in the thread - if Liquid's business model is cheap bandwidth and not performance/latency, they likely won't acknowledge any issue.

No discernible differences from my side either (also in CPT) but glad to see you guys are still actively working on it.

I know it's another expense, but I've had excellent results with Express VPN with regards to gaming stability. Definitely superior to NordVPN for EU gaming, until this latency situation is (hopefully) sorted out.

Not even remotely, full line speed (200mbps) on NNTP any time of day.

This sounds really wrong. I'd double check that maybe she's just using the wrong terminology. My migration from CISP > AH was just that, a migration. Nothing was canceled. CISP released it and AH picked it up. Double check before someone actually cancels your line.

That's exactly what I've done, and AfriMan confirmed it was fine.

Can't image Liquid Telecom don't know they're using a less latency efficient route out to EU, honestly. My guess is it's more cost effective for them, in which case I don't see them making any changes at AH's request.

I'm beginning to wonder if you're being purposely obtuse about this. I have posted multiple times, on multiple pages, with tests to multiple IP's, showing the same problem. I've said multiple times that traffic to London is not the problem - latency after leaving London to the rest of the EU is...

Why would that IP be any more of an "accurate" test than the rest? The problem manifests when traffic leaves London.
