    Guess they remembered what they did to mitigate the storm last time. Now they just have to automate it so they can flick a switch and cut them off before it takes down the network.

    Back up. Take it it's another DHCP storm caused by the same fiber provider as last time? Can you guys not just cut them off until they sort their nonsense out? PSA - don't reboot your router, you'll have to compete with all the thousands of others waiting for a new DHCP lease.

    Openserve is PPPoE I believe, this was DHCP.

    Just a heads up Afrihost, frequent updates are a good way to manage user frustration during prolonged outages, even if they just consist of "we still don't know what the issue is, but we're working on it. ".

    Did something change in CPT in the last 24 hours? Everything seems a whole lot snappier even compared to yesterday. Wondering if this was a deliberate change or I'm imagining it.
