That’s not the point. I’ve done that for my mom already. What about 3 weeks worth of mails that could be from SARS / her bank, and who knows where else? What about the principle?- SherylP

Looking for advice / technical help. Relative to members of this forum I am barely computer literate. Many years ago my mom signed up with an IT company that supplied her with a laptop and dongle. She was also given an email address, viz. @nameofITcompany.co.za. Years later she no longer needed...- SherylP

Dual sim phones
Apparently not. Bought the phone on Monday, queried it on Thursday. The 7 day rule allegedly only applies to manufacturers faults.- SherylP

It was quite arbitrary. I went to Vodacom first to do the sim swap on my daughter’s contract because the Vodacom shop was closest. Saw no reason not to get the new contract and device from them. Thought a Hauwei P20 Lite was the same regardless of where it was acquired.- SherylP

Dual sim phones
We acquired a Huawei P20 Lite from Cell C in December. My daughter was really happy with the phone. One sim slot held her Vodacom contract sim and the other her Cell C data sim. Regretfully she had it in her jeans back pocket and it fell in the toilet! She bravely fished it out, but it died over...- SherylP
