    Reset password for Telkom internet

    I tried resetting my password online but have received no emails from any of my email accounts. Is there a way to check which email address it was sent to? Does Telkom normally ask for your ID number and address when you try to reset the account?

    Telkom line goes out of sync frequently

    I am currently using the freebie telkom router as my parents wont buy a new one. A few months a go my dsl started going hay wire and disconnected itself a lot.
