    I need to install a video editing software. I literally just need to remove the sound from the video. I installed a free trial software from Filehippo but this had a watermark in the middle of the screen! Anyone have any suggestions? It's just for basic things at work.

    Does one need plans approved - adding a door to a house

    I want to add a new double door from our lounge to the garden. Currently there is only a small single window in the wall, would need to knock this out and replace with a much bigger double door. Do you need plans for this?

    My SO and I have recently bought a house, with a +/-70% bond. Of course with a bond you have to take bond insurance, but the banks and Ooba are also offering death etc insurance. I am reluctant to take this as it is money every month that we could save or put towards this 'fixer upper'...
