    It appears that no matter what option I choose on vodacom call centre (135) it cannot lead to a human being to handle my query which doesn't fall into their pre defined categories. Can anyone help?

    I am going to assume that the itemised billing report is the one used for billing (not the stupid data balances thing). Got an sms from vodacoN saying that they would get back to me within 14 WORKING DAYS. They must be kidding. Am going to investigate alternatives to them. WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS.....

    The interesting thing that I've just discovered is that the Itemised Billing Report doesn't correlate with the Data Balances options. The Itemised Billing Report says I've used 305K which is more than possible!

    My IPhone logs 0 bytes sent, 0 bytes received. I deleted the APNs for Cellular and MMS as well!
