    My application rates in August '23 FNB - Initial quote of prime - 0.90%. 110% loan Investec - prime - 1.2%. 105% loan FNB said they would match, but I decided to go with Investec. I did have a 20% deposit.

    Since it's just a daily driver, I wouldn't mind a F30 without the M-Sport. Tyres is something I will look into. I can't find a Lexus IS within budget and I don't like the previous gen looks. If the current IS was cheaper, I wouldn't mind it.
