    Aren't those costs associated with phase 2 though? Their income for phase 1 only has to cover the costs of phase 1. It would be good if they can clarify if that is the case.

    Switching ISP's - Wondernet vs the rest

    I had a lot of problems with them, but after switching to Afrihost, it looks like the problem was that I used CloudFlare's DNS ... And on Afrihost even using Google's DNS server seems to lead to some other issues... So sticking to ISP DNS from now on.
