DA and Saftu are laying charges against himOh? Where do you see this?
There's no law that can force him to reveal that.
Who in their right mind would want to run Eskom now after this ****show?
As per interview. He was ignorant towards the corruption and capture. He made the right call to leave.
He made the wrong call to take the job in the first place.
I cannot imagine what he was thinking when he decided to step into the role. Yes, I understand that some people just cannot say no to a challenge, but the challenge of saving a company like Eskom? Did he really have so much confidence in his own abilities? Did he really think he could take Eskom and turn it around? He comes across as an intelligent guy, but being so dumb as to thinking he could sort things out?
Isn't there a law that demands corruption to be reported? There's no law that can force him to reveal that.
Probably, but successfully used in this country - not much chance of that :- (Isn't there a law that demands corruption to be reported?
Yes, Andre is so stupid that he admitted to knowing of corruption, putting a figure of what he thinks was being stolen, he was also the CEO of the company so it happened under his watch and he overlooked itIsn't there a law that demands corruption to be reported?
I witness our beloved country getting killed every day... And your point is?Yes, Andre is so stupid that he admitted to knowing of corruption, putting a figure of what he thinks was being stolen, he was also the CEO of the company so it happened under his watch and he overlooked it
It is the same as witnessing a murder and not reporting it

Too vague for the lawYes, Andre is so stupid that he admitted to knowing of corruption, putting a figure of what he thinks was being stolen,
Company law will protect him from much potential individual prosecution...he was also the CEO of the company so it happened under his watch and he overlooked it

Legally and practically, most of it is just hot air mate. When did you last see the anc successfully prosecuted?See post #63, they are laying charges against him, DA did it yesterday already, SAFTU today, ASA and EFF will do the same
The ANC were implicated, they too will have to defend themselves against the accusations
Didn't Zuma at some stage say he also has knowledge of crimes? Nothing happened there and similarly, nothing will come of this.Yes, Andre is so stupid that he admitted to knowing of corruption, putting a figure of what he thinks was being stolen, he was also the CEO of the company so it happened under his watch and he overlooked it

Actually no, he made a public statement with a vague implication. He can legally be called on and have to disclose to the judicial system or face contempt of court as well as defamation ( this would only apply if he is unwilling to substantiate his accusations ).There's no law that can force him to reveal that.
