If I where Nancy I would keep quite, inside trading is also a felony. She's a real idiot isn't she? How can she get something that is fundamental to the rule of law so wrong? An indictment does not prove guilt one way or another.

Why are the details of the charges under seal? Surely the case is absolutely rock solid and withstand public scrutiny?

It’s not unusual. Probably to be unsealed when in custody/time of arrest.https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-indictment-charges-what-happens-next-surrender-arraignment/

Both sides participate in jury selection from the random pool of jurors selected for duty. All that being said, how are they going to do jury selection for a US president?
It would be entirely reasonable for the jury to find him guilty because they don’t want him to be president. Not because of the facts or the law. And the same goes for the opposite, if the jury wanted him to be president, they wouldn’t give a toss about the facts or the law.
Nope. It’s not unusual. Probably to be unsealed when in custody/time of arrest.
I know that, the problem is that Trump can raise a very good defence that NYC is a hostile jury pool. Both sides participate in jury selection from the random pool of jurors selected for duty.

Trump has great respect for this grand jury though.

Yes they are obviously difference to the actual people on the GA one, NY may be even worse.I’m saying they’re different to your inference.

It goes back to your original comment about "having respect for the Grand Jury".
It seems Trump was premature in his statement praising them.
