Tips to Boost your eBucks - 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026

thats the one thing i hate most about ebucks, not knowing where i am going to finish up on.
last month i had to take screenshots of tasks completed and send to my banker as evidence, she says if it is not updated by the 15th of feb then she will log a dispute. I even opened a revolving facility with shortfall protection at the beginning of last month for the extra points and it has still not updated. It such a pain to try and keep track of a broken system.

Honestly don't, you jump through all these hoops and they change it again in 6 months time, which made everything you did null and their new rules need to be done.
The more people stop playing their games, the more it will fall by the wayside or they fix it.

I personally think not even 0.5% of the FNB customers play the eB game to be always on level 5. The 99.5% makes FNB smile.

More than likely, my dad doesn't play it, not even sure how many ebucks he has. This new changes from last year made it near on impossible to get to level 5 without taking out products I don't want or need, so not going to play the game :-)

Yep, I came to that heartbreaking conclusion at the end of Jan when trying to get my Dad to L5.

Without taking additional products or going through extra-ordinary effort, he will be on L3 and not even breaking even on bank fees.

Had to concede and tell him eBucks is not worth it for him anymore and not to bother going forward.

And to think, I was encouraging him to upgrade from Premier to PC just a few months ago. How times have changed.

Yeah the changes they made last year are really impossible to get. Other years where people said it was, it was literally just playing a game with little extra products needed. Now you need to get unnecessary ones.

I haven't bothered with ekak now for months...
 
S0 just barely made level 5 on Premier thanks to the 1000 booster points.

She forgot to spend over 3 categories for FNB Connect, she bought airtime twice and electricity once which obviously wasn't enough 🙈

Even at level 4 still got a decent payout, would've of course been double if it was level 5 sigh.

wait. how does this booster points thing work? my online spend was pretty much only on the VC. So how was i not allocated this? is there another hoop i have to jump through to get this?
