And of course all the fails went through this morning exactly the opposite of what these ***** says would happen and how they would fix it.

And you can’t dispute them either as they don’t show up in their screen so now I have to log queried on the Secure Chat kak which is presumably overloaded by other people.

Can’t imagine people who don’t have an overdraft facility and end up with a minus balance the day all the debit orders go off.

I wish that was the case with mine. Instead of failing they’ve gone off entirely and now I need to wait 3-5 days for them to resolve the dispute they ****ed up.
