3 bed, 2 bath townhouse. We are only 2 and 2 dogs.

This. Depending on orientation and what you have on, you should be able to generate more than 300kwh.

My batteries are fuly charged between 9 an 10. I simply don't have enough appliences that draw power.

So get some more. Aircons are a good way to bump up your usage. And you can even leave them on while you're away on a hot sunny day.

with winter coming in guess you will see if you can keep up the generation to cover load 100%
