I bought 2 Hubble S100 12v lithium batteries in May 2023, which worked well until now. I recently noticed a flashing light on the battery balancer and a voltage drop in a short time (27.95V to 26.77V in less than 10 minutes, with 0.0VA and 0.0W output, discharge current 1.0A, 0% load, is this normal?)
I contacted Geewiz, who said the batteries are fine but suspect the inverter is not charging the batteries
After insisting on test results they now want to send the batteries to Hubble for a second opinion and to get me test results.
My question is whether Geewiz should honour the warranty or if it's a manufacturer's warranty? Geewiz is refusing to provide the test results and their response seems guessed – maybe I should have asked an electrician to test the batteries first.
Considering a bigger 48v system for the entire property.
