Any experience with warranty claims with Geewiz?

Im pleasantly surprised, @GeeWiz collected the parcel yesterday, in Cape Town, and used over night delivery to their Sandton offices. Its now out for delivery.
Have to give credit where its due, most companies would not attempt to speed up the process, it seems Geewiz is trying to rectify the delays.
 
Update. Geewiz sent me daily updates through the process with no follow ups needed.
Case was approved on 23 April. Package arrived at Courier Guy Cape Town on Friday evening, and they allowed me to collect on Saturday morning.

Must say that I'm very surprised by the amazing aftersales received compared to my past poor experiences buying from them
