Eye mask, because wife likes to bathe the bedroom in blue light from iPad gaming when it's time to go to sleep.
Knee-pillow for spine alignment when sleeping on my side.
Sometimes ear plugs even though they don't do much, because the one, neighbour has a dog that yaps 24/7, the other neighbour lives behind the Gates of Mordor which open at ungodly hours and yet another neighbour has a muscle car that needs to be pre-heated at 03:00 for his nightly or early morning excursions into the hellscape that is life.
I also have a knee-pillow. I don't like having my knees touch when I sleep on my side. Sometimes I just shove the duvet between my legs.

Re Demotex Mites on your face and eyelids.

You may have to Google "Demotex Mites" as these microscopic critters live inside your skin follicles, come out at night and eat your dead skin. While this is normal, if they get too many it can become problematic and as we get older the number increases that by age 90 everyone has them.

Demotex Mites have been linked to Rosacea, Dry Eyes and Itchy Eyelids.
.

Creams which include Ivermectin limit or eradicate the mite problem.

Other - multiple cats

Although they have the opposite effect of helping me sleep, especially when I'm pinned against the wall becasue they are spread out

I listen to old episodes of the radio show "consider your verdict"....I rarely stay awake for more than one episode.

Tried a 7kg weighted blanket...did not like. Feels heavier at 3am and I'm not lus for hauling weight around when I'm sleepy if it slips down / going to the bathroom etc.

I've been keen to try one of those, I tried a kids sized one once and it seemed seem awesome, it does definitely make you feel more relaxed or secure. Is it not so great in practice to sleep with?
