We all have our little sleep rituals.

Like blocking out light, drowning out noise, or getting extra cozy before bed. Some people can sleep anywhere, while others need the perfect setup. I’m curious what everyone here actually uses to get a good night’s sleep.

I mostly use combination of

Eye & Face Masks
Noise-Related (earplugs, white noise)

Tempur memory pillow

memory pillow as I had terrible back and neck pain on regular pillows for years,
another thing that helped is anti cortisol tablets, make me fall asleep instantly and stay sleeping for the 8 hours

A few years of night shift years ago messed with my sleep hygiene. Now I use a Sleepzen mask to block out light, as well as ear plugs. Combine that with audio though the mask and I fall asleep with relative ease.

It's summer, so I need a fan on me too.

Read any of the daily 300 odd MyBB polls.
Ask my wife about her day.

Complete darkness and 10mg ivedal or beer.
Lots of beer.
Then sleep anywhere anytime

Got a CPAP a few months ago. Stopped using it a while back but need to get back into the habit.

Randomly use earplugs. Fan or air purifier running.

Oh, and my mouthguard for snoring. Should actually be first on the list.

Soundcore A20 in-ear headphones, designed specifically for side sleepers. Let me know if you want a review of them?

Youtube gets the job done, thunderstorm ASMR on a loop although lately this has worked absolute wonders....

Strong fan that runs 24/7 during summer. Aircon for the really unbearable nights but cost to run is prohibitive, otherwise it too, would run 24/7...

The darker the room the better...
