It’s in and I did not get these points, which is a scheduled transfer every month. Wtf?! Lately when I contact them through the FNB contact page they don’t reply (they used to call me if I used that), how do you contact them now?

Did you withdraw anything? You only qualify if the nett balance increases by R2 750.

They had an iPhone Air 1TB for R11k odd on the iStore pay day deals. Went pretty quick I suppose, I clicked it and it said out of stock and now it's disappeared. They still have the 256 for R13,100 if anyone fancies it.
