Played GTA4 and GTA5 on xbox 360 which were both 30fps and I don't remember it being much of an issue.

Lower framerate is more noticeable if you start out at a higher framerate and it drops.

I agree, I couldn't get into RDR2. I don't want to worry about having warm clothes and eating every 6 hours

Or if you play other games at 60fps and then play GTAVI. If only playing GTAVI then probably won't be too noticeable.

We have more 60fps games these days so I think more people will notice this time.
