Hey Jake moved to Telkom LTE. Running the connection via an Xpol-6. If you can get the antenna alignment correct band 40+40 and band 3+40 works like a dream.@camross007: Where are you moving ?
i already cancelled mine after a monthThe day has finally come that I am rid of this package. I wish all my fellow brothers and sisters the best of luck.

Hmmm, makes me tempted to try out MC801A. I'm also not very impressed with the G5TS router signal and when I plug in external antenna it didn't seem to help either. So I tested out the Afrihost supplied G5TS router - whereas the mc801a had really good signal and speeds, this router can't even pick up a 5G signal. Also Afrihost has locked down the interface so you can't even force 5G. very disappointing experience....
It's counterintuitive that a much older router works so much better. I've also tried the nx510v. The MC801A wins each time.Hmmm, makes me tempted to try out MC801A. I'm also not very impressed with the G5TS router signal and when I plug in external antenna it didn't seem to help either.
@Afrigirl do you know why they are throttling the mybroadband Speedtest?

Checking with the team@Afrigirl do you know why they are throttling the mybroadband Speedtest?
Any updates on the throttling please?Checking with the team
Fast.com performs its speed tests using Netflix's CDN. Because the current incident is affecting traffic to Netflix's CDN, the test may produce much lower results than expected. This doesn't necessarily indicate that your connection is being throttled, but rather that the speed test itself is being impacted by the ongoing network issue.Hi all.
We sincerely apologise for the intermittent connectivity issues some clients may be experiencing.
Our engineers are aware of an incident affecting multiple CDN providers, which may result in intermittent packet loss or degraded performance when accessing services such as Netflix, Google, Apple, and Akamai. The root cause is currently under investigation, and we are working closely with the upstream provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We understand how frustrating this is and appreciate your patience while our teams work to restore normal service. We'll share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
