Probably just bad copy-paste reporting from a Facebook post.
 
Doubt this is true, Spain is part of the EU (Schengen), no way they will just let random Africans in and let them have borderless access to other European countries, although other EU countries allow Africans in visa-free via boat, LOL. :ROFL: They made a similar mistake last year with an article saying South Africans have access to Estonia visa-free which turned out to be false.

Fake news. Mauritius, Cape Verde and Seychelles already have visa-free access to the Schengen area for short stays.

It happened one year with Greece as well not too long ago and it was on one of the established news sites like news24 or iol and they had to issue an apology - I was busy looking at Athens flights at the time :ROFL:
