No offense, mate...but do you select them that thin like patties, or is it the only choice you have over there??

The butcher that I usually go to does do a custom cut one, but the quality and marbling is nowhere near as good as these, usually I'd go for around 5cm or so thick, these were around 3cm and pre packaged.
