When I checked with my insurance back in August last year, they already quoted me ~R800 more than I pay on my current car (R900ish) for a comparable Corolla Cross (R1700ish). Same owner details, same vehicle mileage, colour etc. I asked why it was so high, they said theft risk. So this shouldn't be new information.

I needed an urgent quote for a new car I bought for my wife back in April.
Our existing broker came back with a ridiculously high price, so shopped around.

Of the companies I ended up talking to was Discovery, they provided quotes and such, but since then I get calls every week. I've blocked numerous Discovery numbers, but the calls keep coming and this is from April already when I spoke to them, and it's almost August.

I'm Sorry I called them. Me by calling Discovery once, in no ways gave them permission to put my number on their call lists.
