The Rugby Thread - Part Deux

I just want the tests to start now, the build up has been good - but slow.

If it is one team that can beat us, its defiantly the All Blacks, I just wanna doop n chop nou !!! sick of waiting.

In Sacha they trust !
Hmmmmm, I'm not sold on Sacha TBH. Tries to do too much on his own, low distribution stats, when it comes off it is poetry in motion but often it doesn't. X factor 11 out of 10, but sometimes his flamboyant play costs us turnovers.

Anyway, good side nonetheless.

Surprised no Thomas Du Toit or Lood de Jager or Cam Hannekom or Siya (injured)...

Interesting we starting with Grant and Sacha. Clearly early intentions will be to give the ball some air. Grant not known for his tactical kicking. More of a running 9.

First 20 is going to be some of the most frenetic rugby we've seen this season, me thinks.

I think players are going to be fighting to remain calm and in control.

The rest of the world seems to think SFM is the best in the world. Only in SA are people "not sold" on him.

To be honest I was thinking Pollard and Libbok combo, guess we will have to see how he gets on Saturday. Cam has too many seasoned players in the pecking order, the others probs start 2nd test.

I'm still not convinced Eben is 100%

Yes - ariel bombardment first 40 then see things pan out half time, McKenzie is going to be tested, his fitness and his high ball skills better be on point - a lot of heat coming his way.

Didn't say he can't kick, I said he is not known for his kicking. BIIIIG difference.

He's known for his remarkable pace off the mark and the threat it poses in the last 20 minutes of a match, when defenders are tiring.

I've explained what aspects of Sacha's game are questionable. Also watch Huw Griffin video, it explains it well...
