But only via Amazon not Samsung and the description implies it needs to go back to the US for that - "US 1 Year Warranty"?It'll only be one year with a PoP

I believe Samsung SA will honor it locally for 1 year. But only via Amazon not Samsung and the description implies it needs to go back to the US for that - "US 1 Year Warranty"?
A limited warranty period of 1 year from the date of activation of the Samsung device will apply for the Overseas Product Repair, regardless of the warranty period of the country where the product was firstsold.
The Overseas Product Repair Warranty shall not apply to “gray” goods (parallel imports) and/or allSamsung goods which have not been purchased from Samsung or a Samsung authorized reseller.

BUT
I doubt they will because these phones violate this rule:I believe Samsung SA will honor it locally for 1 year.

Yes that's exactly how it worksYeah it's a tricky one, seems as if it were purchased abroad and you have a foreign PoP it's under warranty, but through a reseller, no warranty
Thank god a legit Mybb Expit has joined the chat, yes Snapscan is an fully fledged wallet just like Samsung Pay.To be fair, I know 4 Samsung devices (A70, S10E, S22 and S24) and no issues with any of them. The first two were purchased in 2019, early 2020. Still no issues.
Likely you won't face issues and if you don't do Samsung pay or whatever it's called but use Snapscan or whatever, you'll be fine.

And true who needs a warranty, no one ever needs that garbage.
Why are you angry? Personality issues?
Yes I've been able to pay for a lot of things with Snapscan, such as at my hospital cafeteria. Or even pay BOBShop purchases or even pay customs duties for Temu purchases.
Not everyone loads their cards on the phone. I use my cards. Not everyone is a Zoomer.
I've imported tons of things from other countries or brought them over from abroad over the years, and 99% of the time did not have issues. The amount of money I saved over buying a lower tier product from a middleman here more than made up for any concerns. If you treat your device normally, it won't fail you.
Still have perfectly functioning laptops here which were purchased in 2006.
You are pretty naive and snarky.
