Hi there, please can you assist as I really don't know where else to turn. I logged a call on the 19th for no internet (our modem was flashing) and to date nobody has told me what the problem is except for a cable fault. They sent technicians to the house without warning when Noone was home, luckily I arranged access. They were not able to fix whatever was wrong and I am still waiting for some kind of reply as to what is happening. Please could you provide me with feedback on 692CNK190116 What is the fault?
