    Help!Line is c**k slow!!??!!

    Hi, I have a 4MB telkom line Today when I got home I noticed it was very slow... so I did some speed tests and the highest I got was 41.9kb/s!:confused: WHY?HOW? How can I fix/resolve this? Thanks PS:I am very close to the exchange and normally get about 3.6-3.8 mb/s
