Help!Line is c**k slow!!??!!

Hi,
I have a 4MB telkom line
Today when I got home I noticed it was very slow... so I did some speed tests and the highest I got was 41.9kb/s!
WHY?HOW?
How can I fix/resolve this?

PS:I am very close to the exchange and normally get about 3.6-3.8 mb/s

Sounds like a line fault. Check/report it on 0800-375375.

Unless it's just sh*tty IS bandwidth you're using. SAIX or IS?

i felt my modem and it was way too hot(almost burnt hand)... turned off and left it for 20mins and now its fine again!
