Hi guys please help me
I have tries everything
Telkom cant fix it
They say that theres nothing wrong
I put filters everywhere and my line stats are good,

Anyway your issue seems to be linked to your ISP and not your line.

Who is your ISP and what data package are you on?

i couldnt find my old one, my isp is telkom, did you watch the video?

Yes I did, sign up for a trial account from another ISP and test with that.

I tried with mweb still no luck, but if i try with the telkom guest account i get the full 5mb line speed? any suggestionS?

Try with the Axxess or WA trial accounts as they are capped you might get better results with them.

okay i think the mweb kicked in and im now getting 6mbps which is great, now how do i sort out my telkom account??
