Hi i really need help urgently
ive put filters everywhere
a telkom guy was out
i really dont know what to

your line is syncing at 5mb which is ok.

almost looks like your using 1mbs uncapped account and not an account that can utilize your full line speed.
 
They have upgraded my line to 4mb but didnt move my uncapped account to 4mb,
I phoned them today and they foxed that but its still slow,when i just start the speed test its at 5mb and then drops and rises continueously
