    Axxess Lite unshaped sucks!

    Suddenly for the last week the account is shaped.I am paying for an unshapped per GB account. Logged multiple tickets with Axxess and no resolution. Other accounts working fine. Speedtest below, other accounts I am getting 6mbps:
