Axxess Lite unshaped sucks!

Suddenly for the last week the account is shaped.I am paying for an unshapped per GB account. Logged multiple tickets with Axxess and no resolution. Other accounts working fine.

Speedtest below, other accounts I am getting 6mbps:

I think IS has a problem with one of their network blocks. I had the same issues a week or more back until my ADSL IP changed, then back to normal. Had 196.210.208.x at the time, now works fine on 196.210.247.x.

I have exactly the same problem with my Axxess account especially with international,already tried Afrihost same problem.
Must be a IS issue
It's been 6 days already! why is it so difficult to fix this problem
