My ADSL has been down since Friday morning on the Clareinch exchange. When I logged a call I was told the fault is at the exchange. It came back briefly on Saturday but then has been down again since Saturday evening. I don't even get a blinking DSL light, which means it's not even attempting to...
We've got terrible latency at work - >300ms first hop.
ISP says the exchange is at full capacity - maxing out at 130.69M - issue logged with Telkom.
Is anyone else having trouble?
Called Telkom to reset the line as I usually do when there's a problem I cannot fix.
They tell me Clareinch Exchange is down and being worked on.
Always skeptical about their stories, always seems like a last minute answer when they don't know what's wrong.
Anybody else having problems...
