I made some rough calculations after seeing the amount of ATMs still using CRT screens. Based on http://www.mtnsp.co.za/MTNServices/banking/Pages/ATMTopUp.aspx there are about 18,000 ATMs in SA and if I would have to take a guess I would say about 80% of them (15,000) are still running on CRT...
Right, I have done some research on the interwebs and I still haven't reached a conclusion so I though I would throw this out to you "intelligent" folks out there...
1) Are there any disadvantages to gaming on a LCD as opposed to a CRT?

The colors all turn yellow, and when the cable is moved around it goes back to normal, also the whites (or colors close to white) shift around, slightly blue to red.
