Ever since getting my Rain 5G, my SIM has simply refused to work. The Rain dashboard says my SIM is active but on the coverage map there's big red text with the message "device is currently offline". And indeed my router is on & from poking around I'm guessing it get some signal...
Need some help fixing the problem with rain stating the device is currently offline. my modem is working fine but I haven't had internet access for about a day now and I'm not getting any feed back from online support any Idea on how to resolve this issue ?
