"Device is currently offline" on Rain 5G

Hey there guys

Ever since getting my Rain 5G, my SIM has simply refused to work. The Rain dashboard says my SIM is active but on the coverage map there's big red text with the message "device is currently offline". And indeed my router is on & from poking around I'm guessing it get some signal altough I don't know how much signal at this point since the ZTE router provided isn't telling me. After a quick search I found other such cases and also a friend of mine who got his days before me also had the very same issue.

Anyone here have a similar issue? Any advice on how to proceed?

this morning while i was working it just went off and when i logged into my dashboard it was showing its offline

Hi I just got my 5G today and having the exact same problem with the “device currently offline” message. On top of that my 4G was cancelled due to the upgrade and I am now sitting without WiFi. How is it resolved? Please help!!! @rain_mobile @rain_networks
